How do I resize my photo to 3.5cm x 4.5cm?
Many Indian government job portals like SSC, UPSC, and state PSCs require photos to be exactly 3.5cm wide and 4.5cm high. Sometimes they also ask for the signature to be 4cm x 2cm.
