FileHubTools provides a suite of browser-based tools for formatting, resizing, and editing images and documents ("Service"). All processing is performed locally on the user's device. We do not guarantee that the processed files will be accepted by third-party organizations or government portals.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, quality, and compliance of any document generated by FileHubTools before submitting it to any official portal. FileHubTools is not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines, or any other damages resulting from the use of our tools.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FileHubTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FileHubTools, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
